What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — name, email, company, phone (optional) and your message. We don't collect any other personal data through this website, with two narrow exceptions: a small cookie that remembers your chosen language, and a browser-storage flag that stops the homepage's welcome animation from replaying on a repeat visit. Neither identifies you or tracks you across other sites — see "Cookies and local storage" below.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process contact form submissions with your consent, given by submitting the form, in order to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The language cookie and animation-preference flag are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in making the site work as you'd expect (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — neither requires consent, as they don't involve any tracking or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and up to 3 years after our last exchange with you if no further relationship follows, in line with CNIL's standard guidance for commercial contacts. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run this site, each solely for the purpose described:

Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any host, incidentally logs visitor IP addresses for security and delivery purposes.
CartoDB / OpenStreetMap serve the map tiles shown on our Contact page; loading that map shares your IP address with them, the same way loading any embedded map does.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing purposes. Some of these processors are based outside the European Economic Area; where that's the case, they're required by their own terms of service to apply appropriate safeguards for any data transferred.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind. The only browser storage it sets is strictly functional: a cookie remembering your language choice, and a local-storage flag remembering that you've already seen the homepage's welcome animation. Neither is used to track you, build a profile of you, or share information with third parties, so — in line with CNIL's guidance — no consent banner is shown for them. You can clear both at any time via your browser's settings without affecting the site's core functionality.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export any personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. You can exercise any of these by emailing info@rscreativeboutique.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
